Our business is 100% committed to ensuring that both parties: your business and the contractor are given the best service possible. We handle the financial arrangement on your behalf ensuring that you are invoiced locally in local currency, any logistics for the contractor we can handle as well, if you want to arrange to travel to Vietnam or your contractors to Australia then we will manage this for you.
For many roles it can be as short as 2 weeks to have a contractor ready to start for your opportunity. Where the skills are specialised such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or some specific Cyber Security roles the times required might be longer but should be less than 28 days in our experience.
Our commitment is that the contractor we supply can provide the service that you need, if there are any issues then please contact us in the first instance so that we can immediately address your concerns, if we are unable to resolve then your contract can be terminated immediately
We are remunerated with a small margin (15-20% depending on duration) we apply to the payments we make to our contractors. We are not a gig economy business and we will never treat our clients and our contractors the way that Uber treats its contractors.
Vietnamese outsourcing capability helps Australian businesses maintain a competitive advantage, using Vietnamese people also helps the local population to increase their earnings and move from poverty into the middle class. Outsourcing services from Australia to Vietnam also provides training and travel opportunities for both the hirer and the contractor.
Vietnamese contractors will work more days a week than Australian employees (6 and 7 days is common) and Vietnam has less public holidays than Australia does. Standard Australian hours are maintainable or hours as suit your business needs can be arranged.
If you are unable to continue your contract due to any reason we require 7 days notice.
Our contractors are located all over Vietnam, some are in Ho Chi Minh City, Hà Nội, Nha Trang (where we are based) and Da Nang. If an office location is required for your requirement then we can work out the local logistics and ensure that the operation is Vietnamese run, thus attracting lower taxes and other benefits.
